ANDREW GLOVER QUARTET

The University of Calgary Department of Music is thrilled to announce the line up for 2009/10 Monday Night Jazz Series. The series continues to have three concerts at the Beat Niq Jazz and Night Club in downtown Calgary. These three extra concerts were an astounding success last season as all the shows sold out. Students from the University of Calgary participated in the shows at the Beat Niq as opening acts for the main performers, giving them opportunities to perform at one of the most sophisticated jazz club in Calgary. 

In its sixth season, audiences will enjoy a wide range of jazz styles from the smooth classic jazz of Michelle Gregoire to the eclectic world fusion of Cumako, from an eclectic line-up of world fusion to original hard bop mixed with some contemporary swing.
