Much Ado About Nothing
Much Ado About Nothing's five acts follow two pairs of lovers. While the romance between Claudio and Hero forms the main plot, the action is in fact mostly concerned with their counterparts Beatrice and Benedick whose sharp tongued wit provides the energy and drive for this hilarious battle of the sexes. The play was most likely first performed in 1598 or 1599. Its style shares many features of the modern romantic comedy and it remains one of Shakespeare's most enduringly popular works.
*NOTE: Two special weekend matinees have been ADDED! A matinee performance of Much Ado About Nothing will be performed at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 14. A matinee performance of Othello will occur at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 21.
"We hope that these additional shows will give patrons who were rained out in our evening performances the opportunity to experience the Shakespeare in the Park Festival this year,” says Martin Fishman, Artistic Director of the Shakespeare in the Park Festival.

shakespear
Can somebody tell me how the show went? Shakespeare's literary pieces are simply incredible. Classic novels and short stories has always that sophistication in it and I wondered how it went with it in real life.
