Ground Zero Theatre (GZT) and Hit & Myth Productions (H&M) are proud to present My First Time by Kevin Davenport, a one-act play featuring four actors telling hysterical and heartbreaking stories about first sexual experiences written by real people …just like you. 
My First Time is drawn from the website www.myfirsttime.com, created in 1998. This pre-blog site allowed people to anonymously share their own true stories about their 'First Time.' The website became an instant phenomenon as over 40,000 entries poured in from around the globe. Playwright Kevin Davenport has taken the best of these tales to craft a series of monologues that are sometimes silly, sweet, absurd and funny. They touch on the awkward, shy and of course, sexy moments of people’s lives while not being afraid to show the dark side of ‘First Time’ experiences.
After performing Off Broadway for two and a half years, Ground Zero Theatre and Hit & Myth Productions bring the Canadian premiere of My First Time to Calgary audiences. Performed in a cabaret setting, four of Calgary’s finest performers will bring these stories to life.
The cast features (in alphabetical order) Tyrell Crews (Man #1), Karen Johnson-Diamond (Woman #1), Jamie Konchak(Woman # 2) and David Trimble (Man #3).
