how your love for Canada and join us for Canada Day arts and cultural festivities taking place in Calgary's Cultural District. 
 
In this special edition of First Thursday, we celebrate with the City of Calgary at Olympic Plaza with a great lineup of bands and fun for the whole family. The Sled Island Music & Arts festival will also be in full swing on Canada Day. Music shows will take place in venues around downtown, with the main outdoor site taking place the weekend of July 2nd and 3rd at Olympic Plaza.
