Event Description:

The Calgary Culture Club presents the GiGi Award winners from 2008-2009.
The GiGi Awards are given to individuals/groups who submit a 5 to 10 minute video clip about arts and culture to the Calgary Culture Club. The videos are viewed by a panel of judges who then assign a range of awards for best Director, Actor, Actress, etc. 
 
On this evening you'll get the chance to see the best of the first two year's GiGi videos (from 2008 and 2009). 
 
Some are funny, others are heartwarming...but all of them give a look at the art and culture that is weaved into the fabric of our city. 
 
Watch for this year's 3rd Annual GiGi Awards in June 2010 at the Plaza Theatre.
 
This event is held at the brand new theatre built for our community by Cardel Homes. No food or drinks are allowed inside the theatre.
